Charlotte Perriand (1903 – 1999)

Charlotte Perriand distinguished her self wih her first participation in the Salon des Artistes Décorateurs in 1926. The next year, she designed “Un bar sur le toit”. This realization made with aluminium and chrome-plated steel is hailed by the critic and noticed by Charles-Edouard Jeanneret, called Le Corbusier. Therefore, they work together and they will be gathered by Pierre Jeanneret, Le Corbusier’s cousin.
